Kristen is a science fiction writer whose first short story, Fondelac, was published in 2020 in
the ‘And Lately, the Sun’ anthology. Kristen’s writing usually explores strange new worlds
or distant futures, sometimes has a horror or climate fiction flavour to it, and often uses
settings that build from experience growing up on the Canadian prairies. Kristen is currently
editing a debut novel and trying to find homes for more short stories.
